Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern the Tatship websites, apps, design and preview tools, business services, and purchases that refer to them (the Services). Your agreement is with Convinced Creations Company Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, trading as Tatship (we, us, or our).

Our business/contact address is 9/F, AMTEL BUILDING, 148 DES VOEUX ROAD CENTRAL, Hong Kong. Contact [email protected].

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Purchase-specific terms and separate written agreements govern the matters they expressly address.

1. Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If acting for a business, you must have authority to bind it. These Terms apply when accepted through registration, purchase, another acceptance flow, or an agreement incorporating them, subject to applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain personal-information handling. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace consent required separately for particular processing. The Data Processing Addendum applies only to business arrangements that incorporate it.

2. Service scope and limitations

Tatship provides creative, preview, discovery, and related tools. Features and availability depend on your device, location, plan, and service version.

Previews and AI-generated content are planning aids and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use. They do not guarantee a tattoo's appearance, physical fit, skin compatibility, or any real-world outcome. Tatship does not provide medical advice or perform permanent tattoo procedures. Obtain appropriate professional advice and necessary rights clearance before relying on a design or undergoing a procedure.

3. Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise and for complying with your plan's usage and seat limits.

Keep copies of work you need. Guest access and locally stored content may be lost when device or app data is removed and may not sync across devices. Tatship is not a permanent archive or backup service.

Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for personal use and legitimate professional work. Reselling access, sharing credentials outside authorised seats, bulk extraction, unauthorised automation, and embedding or repackaging the Services require our permission. No rights in third-party content are granted merely by accessing it through Tatship.

4. Content and intellectual property

You retain your existing rights in photos, artwork, prompts, and other material you submit (Your Content). You are responsible for having the permissions needed for its submission, processing, sharing, and intended use, including permissions from people depicted and clients whose information you provide. Material found online is not necessarily licensed for copying or commercial use.

You grant Tatship a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, transmit, process, adapt, and display Your Content as reasonably necessary to provide requested features, fulfil orders, maintain and secure the Services, and handle support or abuse issues. Our providers may perform these activities on our behalf. Content you publish or share may be displayed to the relevant audience. This licence does not authorise unrelated advertising or general-purpose model training using private uploads. Retained copies remain subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Subject to payment and your plan, you may use outputs personally or professionally to the extent you hold the necessary rights. To the extent Tatship holds rights needed for that use, it grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute those outputs, including in client work. This does not transfer ownership of Tatship's software, assets, or intellectual property, or grant rights belonging to third parties. Rights already acquired under an earlier agreement remain unaffected.

Outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. We do not guarantee exclusivity, registrability, accuracy, or freedom from infringement. Review outputs and obtain any necessary permissions before using or distributing them. Applicable third-party asset licences remain in effect.

Tatship and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, branding, interfaces, and supplied materials except as expressly granted. Open-source and separately licensed materials remain subject to their licences.

5. Prohibited use and reports

You must not:

  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; impersonate others; or submit information without authority;
  • create or distribute unlawful content, child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, or targeted harassment;
  • use the Services for unlawful surveillance or identification of people;
  • bypass payment, access controls, moderation, or usage limits; fabricate transactions; or abuse promotions or refunds;
  • introduce malware, disrupt the Services, access data without permission, or scrape content in bulk; or
  • reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law or an applicable licence, or misrepresent an output as professional approval by Tatship.

We may review relevant content or activity, remove material, and restrict access to address breaches, security risks, or legal requirements. We do not undertake to review every submission.

Report infringement, harmful content, or privacy concerns to [email protected]. Include the relevant content or URL, the issue, your contact details, and, for an intellectual-property claim, the protected work and your authority to act. We may request further information and take appropriate action, subject to applicable notice and review requirements.

6. Purchases, subscriptions, and credits

The applicable offer and checkout state the price, currency, billing period, features, taxes and charges, trial conditions, and allowances or expiry. Offers may differ by platform and region. We may reject an order for a pricing error or other lawful reason and refund payments collected for an order we do not accept.

Subscriptions renew automatically only where disclosed and authorised at purchase. An eligible trial converts to the disclosed paid plan unless cancelled before its stated deadline. Renewal and trial terms are those shown in the purchasing channel.

Cancel Apple subscriptions through your Apple account and Google Play subscriptions through Google Play. For a direct Tatship subscription, use the billing option supplied with your purchase or contact us for cancellation assistance. Store deadlines and trial-cancellation rules apply. Deleting the app or account does not itself cancel store billing. Cancellation normally stops future renewal, with access continuing for the paid period unless the offer, store rules, or law provides otherwise.

A non-renewing pass is a one-time purchase for its stated duration or benefit. Credits and allowances provide specified features and are not money or transferable investments. They cannot be redeemed for cash except as required by law. Expiry, rollover, and usage conditions follow the applicable offer and platform rules. Unlimited offers remain subject to reasonable anti-abuse restrictions consistent with the offer.

Price changes and material subscription changes are subject to required notice and consent. Existing purchases, including lifetime offers, remain subject to their applicable purchase terms. Contact support about failed paid operations; remedies follow the purchase terms, platform rules, and applicable law.

7. Refunds and cancellation rights

Except as required by law, platform rules, or the applicable offer, payments are non-refundable and cancelling renewal does not refund a completed billing period or used credits. Statutory remedies for defective, misdescribed, undelivered, or unlawfully charged services or goods remain available.

For purchases administered by Apple or Google Play, use the store's refund process. For direct purchases, contact [email protected] with your order details.

EEA and UK consumers: where distance-contract withdrawal rights apply, the usual period is 14 days from conclusion of a service or digital-content contract, or receipt of goods. A digital-content withdrawal right is lost only when the required express consent, acknowledgement, supply, and confirmation conditions are met. For services begun at your express request during that period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply; loss of the right on full performance requires the applicable conditions. Personalised goods may be excluded from change-of-mind withdrawal where law permits.

To exercise an applicable withdrawal right, send a clear statement to our email or postal address before the deadline. You may use this form: “To Convinced Creations Company Limited, 9/F, AMTEL BUILDING, 148 DES VOEUX ROAD CENTRAL, Hong Kong; [email protected]. I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract for [goods/services], ordered on/received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date]. Signature: [if submitted on paper].” Delete alternatives that do not apply. Refund timing, return costs, and permitted deductions follow applicable law and purchase disclosures.

8. Physical products

This section applies when Tatship is identified as the seller. Check artwork, quantities, sizes, and delivery details before ordering. An order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs on confirmation or dispatch as stated in the order process. We may reject unlawful or infringing artwork and request evidence of permission.

Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Print appearance may differ from screen previews. Consumer rights concerning defects, delivery, and risk of loss remain subject to applicable law. Contact us with order details about a problem and obtain return instructions before sending goods to our office or a partner, without prejudice to statutory rights or deadlines.

Follow product instructions and warnings. Suitability varies; no product is guaranteed allergy-free. Do not apply contrary to instructions or to damaged or irritated skin. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

9. Artists and business services

Independent artists and studios are responsible for their services, qualifications, safety practices, prices, client permissions, and listings. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Tatship provides technology and discovery tools and is not the artist, employer, agent, or party to a contract for a permanent tattoo. A listing or recommendation is not certification or a guarantee of results.

Business customers are responsible for lawful handling of client information and required notices, permissions, and agreements. Business features, permitted deployments, and service commitments follow the applicable plan or written agreement. Referrals and promotional activities must comply with their programme terms and applicable disclosure and marketing rules.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may modify, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features or Services, subject to existing contractual commitments and applicable law. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, technical, or third-party reasons.

We may restrict or end access for material breach, unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements. Any required notice or opportunity to remedy will be provided; immediate action may be taken where justified. Contact us to dispute a restriction.

You may stop using the Services and request account deletion, subject to separate subscription-cancellation requirements. Notice, refunds, access to content, and other remedies on modification or termination are governed by your applicable purchase terms, any separate agreement, and mandatory law.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as available, without warranties beyond express contractual commitments and applicable statutory guarantees. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular creative result, or the accuracy or suitability of third-party content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and retaining copies of important work.

For business users, to the extent permitted by law: Tatship is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities. Tatship's total aggregate liability arising from the Services is limited to fees actually paid to Tatship for the affected Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply only where lawful and reasonable.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Consumers retain mandatory rights and remedies.

12. Business indemnity

Where you act in a business capacity, and to the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Tatship against reasonable third-party claims, damages, and legal costs caused by your unlawful content, infringement, or material breach of these Terms. This excludes claims to the extent caused by Tatship's own fault or unauthorised use of Your Content.

Tatship will give reasonable notice of a claim and an opportunity to participate in its defence. No settlement may admit fault, impose obligations on Tatship, or omit a release for Tatship without our consent. This indemnity does not apply to consumers.

13. General terms and updates

Hong Kong law governs, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction for business disputes; consumers retain any mandatory right to use another competent court. Contact us about complaints at [email protected].

We may transfer this agreement and its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, reorganisation, or sale of the relevant business or assets, provided the successor assumes our obligations and mandatory rights are preserved. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You may transfer your agreement only with our written consent unless law provides otherwise.

Delayed enforcement is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue so far as lawful. Applicable app-store usage terms and separately agreed terms continue to apply.

We may revise these Terms and will show the revised date. Material changes are subject to any required notice, notice period, or acceptance. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or alter the price of a paid period. Service notices may be provided through the Services or your account email.
